Coconut + Medjool Date Creamer

If I want a little something extra to my morning coffee or satisfying my sweet tooth after dinner, this homemade coconut milk/creamer is my fix. Clean ingredients and SO delicious. Scroll to whip up my super simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk from a can (cAN be full fat or Light & ingredients should ONLY BE Organic coconut)⁣

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 pitted date⁣

  • Cinnamon to taste⁣

  • Himalayan Sea salt to tastE

HOW TO MAKE

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

  • Heat up to desired temperature (if not already)

  • Serve with coffee, matcha, anything!

  • Keep in jar in fridge

    Optional:

  • Double / Triple the recipe if you desire to increase serving size!
