Coconut + Medjool Date Creamer
If I want a little something extra to my morning coffee or satisfying my sweet tooth after dinner, this homemade coconut milk/creamer is my fix. Clean ingredients and SO delicious. Scroll to whip up my super simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut milk from a can (cAN be full fat or Light & ingredients should ONLY BE Organic coconut)
1/4 cup water
1 pitted date
Cinnamon to taste
Himalayan Sea salt to tastE
HOW TO MAKE
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
Heat up to desired temperature (if not already)
Serve with coffee, matcha, anything!
Keep in jar in fridge
Optional:
Double / Triple the recipe if you desire to increase serving size!
