Sweet Cacao Elixir

IMG_6353.jpeg

I was given this recipe from one of my favorite people/health gurus, Eliza Gellman, when I was trying to find a way to still having something sweet after dinner but that wouldn’t give me a sugar rush and would settle me for bedtime. This cacao elixir is a game changer and would be best described as a “healthy hot chocolate”. It’s something more exciting than a bedtime tea, but nothing to feel guilty about for a post-dinner craving! Try the recipe and let me know what you think!

*psst! For more yummy recipes, tips, and…well…. anything health-related from Eliza, listen to my hands-down favorite podcast Hotter Than Health. It will change your life!
